Hocus Pocus Halloween Party by The Little Grove for Glam Fete
Welcome to Cue the Glamfetti Blog! Our 1st post of our brand new blog is brought to you by a special friend of ours, Rachel of The Little Grove (@thelittlegrove_) who styled this gorgeous Hocus Pocus Halloween party. Here’s her process and inspiration for the shoot
I’m inspired by little details I see in photos or products inspire me and I loved the colors in Against the Grain's Hocus Pocus sign. I loved the blush paired with the mustard and terracotta. It was just perfect!

We, of course, love the movie Hocus Pocus, as many do, and I loved the idea of doing a really pretty dinner party based on the characters.

Since it was fall, though still hot as heck in Texas, I wanted lots of velvet and silk and tulle. Fringe + Rose has the most beautiful array of rusts and toffee and caramel and from there I started the planning.

For the table I used plates from Target in blush and terracotta paired with blush and mustard velvet napkins.
Design and Unwind made the gorgeous name tags for Sarah, Winnie and Mary with a glitter background and natural lettering adorned with acrylic confetti and velvet and silk ribbon from Fringe + Rose.

My go-to for flowers, Piney Rose, brought the whole thing to life with the perfect flowers.
I loved the painted baby's breath and added height of the lavendar garden roses mixed with the other flowers that tied in all the other colors.
Of course, a table needs confetti and The Confetti Bar has such a great selection and even an option to customize.

I love, love to incorporate plastic fringe backdrops and no one does it better than Glam Fete.
To give it height I layered two in ivory, kraft, lavendar, light pink and blush with gold and copper accents.
And of course, no Hocus Pocus party is complete without "I put a spell on you". Design and Unwind designed the perfect sign incorporating the colors of the name tags in the star.

For the desserts, I wanted decadent fall sweets and Luliet's macaron flavors were perfect, pumpkin spice latte, goat & fig cheese and pecan sticky buns (reminds me of my husband's hometown in upstate NY). My favorite were the caramel pecan cupcakes and of course, her cake, loved the texture, gold leaf and colors!

My absolute favorite detail were the girls' outfits displayed on the copper rack by Rainey Lane Design.
The outfits were a play on the witches' outfits with similar color scheme but in layered tulle tutus and capelets by Tutu Du Monde and no one does tulle better than they do!

This party was so fun to curate and hope you see something that inspires you!
