In 2011 I started this company after searching for affordable party décor and not being able to find anything. In late 2011 we created the prototype for our tissue paper tassel garlands, and expanded into party accessories. In October 2018 we launched our plastic fringe backdrop product line as the 1st ever in the US no installation plastic fringe, ready to hang, no assembly required backdrops.
